TIER - Group rides redesign

This project aimed to leverage learnings from the group rides MVP based on user needs and pain points, and design a flow that is scalable with all the features currently available in a single ride.

The goal of this project was to build Cloudya native iOS app based on the current hybrid version. Cloudya is a cloud-based telephone system that allows you to be reached on all devices - whenever and wherever.

This case study aimed to improve the SL app's ticket purchasing flow based on user needs and pain points. SL is the organisation running all of the land based public transport systems in Stockholm County.
